ORDER: I shall hear the parties as to the form of orders and as to costs. 
CATCHWORDS: INSURANCE – THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE –  MOTOR  VEHICLES  –  COMPULSORY  INSURANCE LEGISLATION – GENERALLY – QUEENSLAND – wherethe applicant suffered a severe traumatic brain injury due to a motor vehicle accident – where the applicant makes application against the CTP insurer for the construction of a purpose built residence with associated attendant care and services – where the applicant has significant behavioural issues and places himself and others at risk of physical or other harm – where there is differing opinion as to whether the applicant should be placed in a shared or one-on-one facility – whether the rehabilitation services presently provided for the applicant are reasonable and appropriate.
