FWA: anti-bullying – process, guide & handbook

From 1 January 2014 a worker who is eligible under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) may apply to the Fair Work Commission for an order to stop bullying at work or from continuing. It is not an avenue for compensation or reinstatement, other avenues are available for such courses of action.
